on mass membership numbers but personal interaction with members.
This means that goals are met in realistic time frames and plateaus
are overcome quickly.
The services that we offer include group fitness (bootcamp),
guided gym training, personal training, sport-specific training and boxing.
H.I.I.T FITNESS has a fully functional gym which is separated from the Group Fitness Room. The gym side is equipped with top of the line Life Fitness equipment. We have free weights, pinloaded, dumbbells, barbells, bikes, rowers, treadmills and crosstrainers plus the Group Fitness Room available for use when no classes are running.

Bootcamps are a high-intensity class aimed at getting you fitter, toner, lighter or heavier whatever your goals are these classes can help. Sessions vary from class to class so you are not getting the same old routine. You do not have to be fit as exercises can be scaled to any fitness level which is the beauty of a bootcamp. Classes can include bodyweight, equipment, plyometrics, boxing & group elements within the session.
If you like to get sweaty, working on your cardio fitness or just plainly want to hit something (in a controlled manner) then this class is for you.
Focussed more on getting the heart rate up and having fun, this class is great for a person of any fitness level wanting to give boxing a try.
Combat Room Jiu Jitsu
Self Defense Jiu Jitsu
Monday and Wednesday 6.30 to 8.00pm
Our Self Defense classes are great for all levels of experience from beginner to competent. Our main goal and focus of this class is to teach you how to
defend yourself against a larger, stronger, more athletic attacker in a "real" street fight situation.
Note: There is NO competitive sparring at these classes. We do however
have controlled fight simulation scenarios to help build competence.
BJJ/Sport/Comp Jiu Jitsu
Tuesday and Thursday 6.30 to 8.00pm
1. Warm up using movements or drills
2. Showing of a technique or concept for the night
3. Time to practice technique or concept
4. Then live sparring aka "rolling" or "rolls".
Note: Depending on the time of year
and upcoming tournaments we train both Gi (with uniform) or No Gi (without uniform).
Kids BJJ classes
Wednesday 4.30 to 5.15pm
Our kids classes are suitable for kids aged between 5 to 12 but this is also dependant on child's ability for their age. Our goal, first and foremost, is to provide a safe and happy learning environment which the kids love coming to. From the start, we teach through playing games and having fun while we learn.
Note: It is important to us that we build a great "Student - Instructor" relationship with your child and ask for all parents to restrain from attending to their child's needs during class. If you like, drop them off and go grab a coffee.
